I was thinking back at how cool the interview with Stan Lee was with Jeff on iFanboy and I started thinking of how cool it would be to see some interviews on TRS. I know it's perhaps an availability thing... but if iFanboy can get Stan Lee, why couldn't TRS get some interesting people to talk to in the fields of Movies, Video Games and Comics? Something every now and then as a special segment would be cool. I dunno... maybe I'm just dreaming and thinking that the show has maybe more pull than it does. I guess what I'm wondering, is this something the guys would consider, or like to do? With Comicon coming up and TRS being an official event, I thought maybe they could get access to some people?

I don't know. If they can line up people left and right, then Team Awesome LLC should just produce another show to do that. If it's a once-in-a-while thing then they could do it as a special, but, as you saw, the Stan Lee interview was extensive and lengthy and an interview "segment" might be too short to be of any contributing value.

With that, I'd like to see one of the above.

I'd definitely like to see the odd interview here and there!

Odd is probably a good word for it...

I was thinking of something that only happens once in a while. Kind of like the Dan Becomes a Man segments or the Summer Blockbuster Wager. I think the kind of vibe you get with the three of them is a little different. As funny as it sounds, the MLG segment sort of whet my appetite for this. It was fun seeing the guys bounce off each other in a different environment. Definitely not something that would mess with the format of the show. The sort of "out and about" segments really do help to break up the single location nature of the show. We get to see the the group dynamic in different environments. Something sort of informal would be great. It wouldn't be worth doing if it was just a list of questions.

Sounds perfect to me, perhaps they could start with Kevin Smith. Dan must have his number?

It would be awesome if they could get Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse from Lost.

hey johnny,

As cool as it would be to see the boys do interviews (cuz they'd be rad at it), I honestly don't have a desire for that...and would go as far to say, I'd rather not see that.

The reason? There are so many other sources for crazy amounts of interviews. This show has about an hour a week to cover alot of topics and if they threw in interviews, it would take away coverage of stuff I'd rather them talk about, like spending more time on movies for example.

I prefer the stay-at-home honest and opinionated show, with the cool transitions AND with the occasional awesome out-of-garagestudio clips, like fire island, lol.

Get out of the garage more! Interviews! 80's Boardgames! Contests! More Steve!

Hell, I'd love to see them do anything... TRS isn't a review show, its not about TV or Movies, or Comic books... its about us experiencing things through the eyes of these guys... so... bring on more experiences!
