This week the guys were talking about the crazy themed weddings that sometimes make even the geekiest amongst cringe (though to be fair, those people are married and I'm no where near getting married so I'm SOL on that front) and it got me to thinking: what would a Diggnation themed wedding entail?
Free flowing booze?
Wedding vows starting off with "Ok so, here's the deal.."?
Prager as the minister?
Hippie Glenn tossing "special seeds" instead of rice?
Kevin and Alex eating all the cake? :mad:

Can this be about geeky weddings in general? My hubby-to-be veto'd Diggnation ties, which, uh, I, um, did suggest. But we'll have lots of other geek stuff, starting with the date. PI!! 3.14. March 14. And someone from this forum, which is where we met, will officiate.
Great, now I'll be thinking about Diggnation-themes weddings. Let me get back to you with ideas. I'll have something thrown together by tonight.

The groom and the best man get drunk, pontificate about every current event that occurs to them, and ogles all of the beautiful women. I don't know about the wedding, but that's every wedding reception I've ever been to.

A diggnation themed wedding would be absolutely awesome.

The way I see it is that the guy has the bachelor party and the women has everything else. So the only way to have a Diggnation wedding would be for the women to approve.
Anyways, the best Diggnation wedding would be to have Kevin and Alex do a live tapping at your wedding reception. (If this happens I want an invite since I came up with the idea :D )
