I'm gonna fry our turkey this year for the first time. I've been wanting to do it for about 10 years but finally decided to pull the trigger. We have been cooking just a breast these last 5 years cause nobody wants the legs anymore since the white meat is always so juicy.
Maybe I'll take some pics. Hopefully none will be of the house burning down. :o

Sweet...I have had a fried turkey and I like it just cooked in the over traditional style more but fried is pretty damn good...

Sorry. I checked my post just before I started and didn't find any response so I didn't bother taking pics.
Boy was it good, holy cow. I've been wanting to do this for a while and the quote I've heard before is right "once you fry a Turkey you'll never go back".
