If they haven't fixed it, that's a sad sign for Pownce. Guess none of their users get that many followers. Though I don't know any one using pownce other than some Rev3 people... whereas everyone talks about twitter, facebook, etc.

Wait a minute, Veronica Belmont needs to start a thread on Get Satisfaction in order to inquire about her inability to use a service created by the same people associated with digg and rev3?

I mean really, this is Veronica Belmont, someone who has added tremendous marquee value to a rev3 property. Someone whose participation on Pownce would add value to that service.

Is this a bay area thing or something? Either VB is *way* too nice a person or some people are not looking out for her. If this was not a known problem, ok, but it seems it isn't.

When you need to monetize your properties to make your VC happy, I would image you would bend over backwards to accommodate the heavy names and faces that will attract users to your services. Its simple. Its about money.

One phone call to Leah or Kevin and thats all it should take to find a remedy. (And I know they are busy -- we are all busy people.) Sorry for the rant, and maybe its because I'm from NYC and expect too much, but I am perplexed.

Yeah, it looks likes a negative sell for pownce not to have your page updated.

Still though it should be a priority.

umm, sounds like a bad sign for pownce. I mean, is it a side project of a busy person? Why would they want to have someone who is happily doing PR for them have a bad experience? Veronica, maybe you should turn to "anti-pownce"-ish. Start only talking about how you can't even log in to use it, maybe they will catch the drift and getting working on fixing it.
