i use itunes for my podcast i don't wanna change because i have 3 ipods so all my music is on there too. all the podcast download fine but when i go to play them the video is jerky and just bogs my system completely down but if go to the file and open with quick time or real player they play just fine. and yes my itunes is completely updated
