I had to step out in the middle of today's taping. It would be nice to see what kind of hijinks and craziness I missed.

I used http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/ to catch the stream then http://www.effectmatrix.com/total-video-converter/index.htm to edit it shorter and convert it to a format that youtube will accept.

You will need a few gigs of free space to catch the whole show before transcoding it.

Btw any screen capture tool (like CamStudio (http://camstudio.org/)) also works for capturing it, since it is a flash player. I tried to record the 16th show but my system was too low-end (1,3 GHz and 512 MB memory) so fps was 1-6 fps :(
