I'd like to urge everyone to check out the Darfur Wall project website - http://darfurwall.org. It's an innovative, very cool site designed to alert people to the tragedy unfolding in Darfur, Africa.

I like the idea, but Klitzy is right - Diggnation is not the right place for the link.
Relocated to the General Discussion area ...

If you like the idea - Digg the story (http://digg.com/world_news/The_Darfur_Wall_2).

Africa is screwed. People should really be more aware of the conflict in Darfur and donate to help the refugees there. It's obvious that our government doesn't have the recourses since we wasted it in Iraq, so we ,the masses, should join together to help stop this or atleast help those effected by it.

I'm new to Revision3 and Diggnation. Thought the site might be of enough interest to incude in Diggnation - I need to listen to a few podcasts!

Anyway, the success of the Darfur Wall http://darfurwall.org depends on many, many people participating. The site is sort of an experiment in using technology in an innovative way to achieve an important goal - raising awareness about Darfur. If a lot of people do a little bit each, we can make a real impact.

Digg the site, grab a link or a gadget from the site for your blog, tell your fiends, look at the realtime donation-location map, think of new ways you can publisize the site.
