That sucks. It sucks even more that I didnt know who he was till I read the article. I hate when people dont get the recognition they deserve until it's too late. Anyways...

When I heard this last night I was shocked. Some of the first comics I ever read were X Men and he did so much for the X Men and Marvel that its sad that alot of people had no idea who the guy was until after he died. Giant size X Men #1 is one of my favorite stories ive ever read.

I read an article put up on Digg this morning that he died wearing his Superman PJs wrapped in his favorite Batman blanket and he'll be cremated wearing a Green Lantern shirt.
