"Who's chopper is this?"
"Zed's"
"Who's Zed?"
"Zed's dead baby"

Yah, it is an awesome movie. It was John Travolta's big 'come back'. He's very fortunate that Tarantino cast him in this film. I think Travolta was pretty much washed up before he got this role.

I also love Uma Thurman. She is so great in this movie. :D That scene in the restaurant with her and Travolta is very memorable.

Ah, touche'. Perhaps I should have used the word rad as opposed to manly. :D

pulp fiction is one of my favorite movies.

it's so quotable.

I often say stuff from it in real life and hope friends notice.

Most often it's. "That is a tasty burger."

Well NJ... I knew if I waited long enough somebody would grant me a thread in which I can exclaim the virtues of this masterpiece, my favorite film ever, Pulp Fiction. You stole my thunder a bit on the whole Bruce Willis, bloody T-Shirt, Ninja sword too. You gotta love the "weapon selection" moment.
I also think that Uma Thurman, in Pulp Fiction, OD'd or not, is one of the sexiest chicks to ever grace the screen. Oh yeah... and THAT CAR CRASH and the aftermath. Nobody talks about it when you talk about movie car crashes, but the way that it is filmed, and edited, is SOOO real. The jarring immediacy of it... The two guys stumbling down the street.

With Pulp... for me it's the little differences. The small moments. The nuggets of gold dialogue...

"I'm a mushroom cloud laying motherf*cker, motherf*cker!"
""It'd be worth him doin it, just so I could've caught him doing it"
"I can hear it..."
"Oak's nice"
"I don't know if it's worth five dollars but it's pretty f*cking good"
"Jules, if you give that f*ckin' nimrod fifteen hundred dollars, I'm gonna shoot him on general principle"
"Just because you are a character doesn't mean that you have character"

I could go on all day.

"If Butch goes to Indo-China I want a nigga in every bowl of rice ready to pop a cap in his ass."

I've seen PF around 25 times. It was the first movie I knew I was watching something genius.

When I was in Europe I just wanted to find a royale with cheese. I think I forgot to look after Austria, because all I got was a Royal mit Kase. haha.

It's true, I can't really think of a more iconic film then that. One of the best on-couch experiences of my life watching that after borrowing the VHS from a bud years ago (When VHS was still cool...)

As far as Tarantino goes, I like Reservoir Dogs more, but Pulp Fiction is still a genius movie.
