Heroes Graphic Novel question

Hey, I am new to comic books. I never read them, but I just started to read them and ended up like them. Because of TRS I am in the middle of Watchmen and it is good so far.

When I am done with Watchmen, I would like to jump over to the Heroes Graphic Novels, since i like the so. Has anyone read them? How are they?

Also I know that I can get them off of the NBC website, but they are up to #95, and do not really want to manually download 95 pdf separately. Does anyone know if there is a place to subscribe to them?

If want them on the computer, you'll need to subscribe.
They're a collection of different stories by different writers and artists. You really need to keep that in mind because some stories are really good and others are... well far from that.

I actually bought my kid brother the hardcover collection of the first batch of comics. You can find it online for about $20.

I also got the hardcover version (of course the Alex Ross cover:D), it completes some stories that weren't shown in the TV show. I won't say it's really great but if you love the TV show, it's a must-read comic.

Almost got it this week at comic con but....i just didnt, dunno why really, I will sooner or later the cover alone is worth owning it

I have the first 50 or 60, they're alright. At first they were cool because they showed stuff in between segments from the show, completing scenes that couldn't be finished... then they started making extended stories not at all with the show...They were cool but I stopped downloading them when I got busy and never felt motivated to go back.

Are the recent ones any good?

also, my buddy said they saw the whole 1st episode of the new season 'Villians' at Comic-Con
