I know that we can't get enough of the Three Rad Dudes, and so I decided to post this on the forum.

Jeff is a panelist on The Phileas Club podcast, which is a show about global and local news with an international perspective. I listened to the previous episodes, and it was very interesting to hear points of view from different nationalities.

I haven't listened to the one Jeff is on yet (Episode 4), but I will as soon as this goes out. I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy it.

This is a pretty interesting podcast. It is amazing that we are at a point with technology that something like this is so viable. It's neat to get a little insight into world perspective on our culture and have an opportunity to hear how other's see themselves. I'll be checking back into this show in the coming months.

Jeff, if you are reading, how did you get involved with this podcast?

Patrick is a fan of TRS and he asked me to do the show. I didn't really realize what I was getting myself into ;)

I think the show is really interesting, but I fear I wasn't the best person to represent America... :o

The episode with jeff is out now..

This podcast is what I've always wanted. A program that deals with issues that everyone else tries to avoid

This is pretty good, although I find that "Turki" has a very annoying, grating voice.

Argh, like nails on a chalkboard. "Trust me."

I think Jeff came of very well. Nice job.

Wow, a month and a half late to the thread; way to go, world news boy.

Well, I have been a fan of TRS since the beginning indeed. I'm not sure Jeff even knows this, but I'm the guy who sent a video email and couldn't do the explosive fist bump a while back; they helped me out on air, which made me feel very special. :)

So I run a few podcasts, and while most of them are more gaming oriented, I though Jeff would a perfect fit in the phileas club. And I think I was right: he did a great job in the show in general, and brought something we had been missing in the previous episodes with a bit of intelligent geek culture reflexion in the last segment.
I was also very puzzled by the fact that he thought he wouldn't be up to the task. I think he has a bit too much humility in him. Or he didn't realize we're just a bunch of idiots talking about the news and having fun, and have no credibility at all! ;)

Anyway, I just wanted to thank Jeff again here, in his home, for participating. I hope we get a chance to do it again at some point.

Keep it rad,
