The saggy pants law is BS.. just another way for our failing Michigan to Nickel & Dime the citizens..
Living only 20mins away from Flint Michigan and it being #3 worst city in the USA (Detroit #1) I keep thinking are the cops not busy enough, that they have time to stop offenders??? great choice of video also

I loved how the cop just accepted his answer when the guy said "that's my penis." Now I know where to hide my gun. I guess it could have been worse. The cop could have gone down a little and said "And What are these?"
