I will be going to defcon. Not sure if any revision3 people are going. I saw patrick at defcon last year.

I've always thought it would be cool to check out a Defcon, Hope, or CCC conference but never had the time to do so. I did make it to Kevin Mitnick's sentencing way back in the day though. That was pretty cool :)

I bet it wasn't cool for Mitnick.
I was at Hope this year it was pretty good although not as good as it has been in the past. I'll be at Defcon next year. I alternate between the two.

somebody needs to go to the star trek thing cause they are announcing more stuff on the revived Star Trek MMO from Cryptic. I need tweets on that people!

speaking of the MMO, did you see those 9 screenshots they just released? I think they look awful, the space station graphics look like they're from the first Starfleet Command game in the late 90s. I dunno why the released those if they're trying to Increase the feeling towards it.
I really hope this game gets done right, I'd love to see multiple ppl being able to command a ship at each station in this game and the whole experience to be right

For the 6th year in a row (God I love my job) I will be at both Black Hat and Defcon. Flying in on Tues and staying at Caesers (Yeah!! If you run in to me ask about my hotel issues in previous years..)

Last year the hotel I was in something happend to the fire alarm at 2:30am. It was just a little fucked up. Can't wait to see this years Defcon badge

if you go on sat you might miss the sweet badges. Last two year Saturday they were already giving out the paper badges.

Black Hat was... eh. Defcon should be great. On Friday I'll be wearing an old comdex t-shirt that says "unzip" on the front. Stop and say HI.
