best laptop cooling pad for the money?

I'm looking at a Targus which looks pretty nice, I have a 15.4" laptop that seems like the fans have stopped working so I'm looking for a cooling pad. Any suggestions?

I'm open to all suggestions! :)

I use a $1 wire baking rack from Walmart for my laptop...but my fans work.

Targus is a good brand, so I'm sure their cooler works well.

yeah i'm really thinking the fans have stopped, though why I'm not entirely sure.

I actually saw the belkin one as well, it has a nicer look and gets a better rating, for pretty much the same price. Targus is good but I've had a ton of belkin products and I've always liked them.

I have a targus and the cord crapped out on me. So when I use it i just plug it into the wall.
