Anyone see this? I'm a huge Christopher Guest fan and this is definitely my least favorite of his work. It felt rushed and incomplete. Guest and Ricky Gervais together should have been comedic gold. Gervais was good in the few scenes he was in but it was still lacking. John Michael Higgins was off the hook though....he stole the whole damn show. If you dig Christopher Guests humor it's definitely worth the watch. However, it wont be knocking "Waiting for Guffman" or "A Mighty Wind" out of there spots anytime soon.

I'm just afraid I'm gonna be disappointed. All the trailers I've seen don't impress me--and I consider Best in Show and Waiting for Guffman to be two of the best comedies to come out of Hollywood.

I think I'm waiting for DVD.

It's safe to say that if you like Christopher Guest movies you will like For Your Consideration, but I agree that it is his worst effort. Still some very funny stuff here though.
