Are you talking a video source, such as a netcam, or a video file, such as a download of Tekzilla?

Try this. I will once I get home and outside of the stupid corporate firewall that doesn't allow svn out. It is supposed to do OpenGL capturing, which is what you'd need to capture frames from a video. As for the timed part, not sure. I'll post later when I get this working.

Well, using the _actual_ install instructions (that I found after the first set not working) I got yukon and seom to install and work.

Compile/Install Instructions:

Capture Instructions:

As for the timing part, you'd have to write a shell script cause there's no GUI. So, if you _have_ to use Linux, happy shell script writing. But since you have Windows available, I'm sure the program you found is much more manageable.
