Mass downloading

Any one know of a way that I can download like every episode of diggnation without clicking each one. Like a list of links i can just get with out having to navigate all the pages
Or like a longer RSS feed, The rss feeds only go back like so far.

Here is a list of all the small .mov/.m4v files. It is the only video size that goes all the way back... it goes up to episode #160. If you prefer WMV's, just replace all instances of .mov/.m4v w/ .wmv
