Thousands of users, hundreds of them active. THIS IS INSANE!!! The old forums consisted of maybe 20-30 users active weekly(most of them being dromies), at most. I kind of like it now though. There is no longer any waiting for your post to be responded to for days. I hope that once these forums starts to level out we'll have a bunch regulars to familiarize with. Welcome to the forums everyone!!!!!

Yeah, it's crazy...but in a good way. We're glad everyone enjoys the new forums, and we feel this place is really going to grow into something special.

As always, with a forum this busy, it can be difficult to maintain everything at all times. Almost a juggling act, so much action whizzing around at all times. The staff could always use your help, to make our jobs a whole lot easier. If you ever see a post/thread, or any other issue that needs taken care of, that violates the rules in some way, please use the "report" (http://revision3.com/forum/greenfox/images/buttons/report.gif) button which is located at the top of every post. This will inform all staff members of the situation, and allow us to deal with it in a timely fashion.

It's easy to get 100 posts if you maximize your time for focusing on the Rev3 forums...

Oh, and don't spam!

I dont think anyone was...I would be interested to know how many were members on the old forum. There was no member list so Jay, if you would like to share...It would be welcomed.

The activity might die down after a while, I seem to remember that the old forums were reasonably active when they first launched but that it died down after a while.

I don't get it either. The old forum wasn't any harder to use than the old site. Maybe it was the Digg posts like the one you made Klitzy?

As please people - just because there's a post count it doesn't mean you have to go insane. Quality over quanity remember. There's nothing worse than coming to a forum and having to spend an hour each morning just to sort through 99 posts of "Woot!", "<Enter show name here> R0XS!" etc. before you hit that one decent post.

Well.....For one, I have always been a very active poster, count or not....

And as for that damn digg story....How ridiculous was that. I buried my own story as inaccurate because IT WAS. Yet it still made the homepage with over 300 diggs. I felt bad for that as a matter of fact.

It happens. You weren't to know they were going to be taken back down.

But, then again, it might not die down. One thing I really didn't like about the old forum, and probably why I didn't hang around there as much, was because it didn't have any way of noticing you on replies to your subscribed threads to keep me up-to-date. Now that they have it, I'm pretty sure that I've already spent more time on here than the old threads.

I use to visit the old forums and post every once and awhile, but the speed was entirely to slow, this is great, i feel myself getting addicted fast

Omen to that, it seems that there are a lot of people posting here just to become the top poster, it is quite sad actually because when you look back at their post history most of them have not contributed a single good thing to the forum.
