I was just looking for some informed opinions on Peter Milligan's Vertigo series, Human Target. The trades seem pretty intriguing. Are they all worth picking up? I know there was a mini that came out around '99 and then an ongoing series that started around '03. It looks like there are 4 trades total - 1 collecting the first mini, 2 collecting a portion of the ongoing series and 1 standalone GN? Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

It was a great book. Started a lot stronger than it finished, but overall it was such an underrated title. And it featured some Cliff Chiang art. That should get some people to take notice.

Indeed, I remember quite enjoying the book, hadn't realized it was Chiang I'll have to dig em out I think. But yeah, there's a great arc about losing ones identity in there.

Most of the art was Javier Pulido, but Chiang did at least two arcs that I remember and a lot of covers for it. I might have to break those all out again soon. Hrms...
