He said when he hit 35,000 followers on Twitter...and he has 35,055. Hopefully he mentions it in this week's Diggnation, Im surprised he hasnt made a tweet about that milestone yet!

Why the hell do you feel he is obligated to give it away? Is he under some contract with you to give an iPhone away? No, he's not. He may have mentioned giving one away when he hit X followers but that doesn't mean he has to. At worst people won't listen to him about something like that again. If you're so unhappy with him about not giving away an iPhone, which I guarantee you wouldn't have won because the last one was apparently a friend of Alex's anyway (which I have no problem with because it's his phone), but regardless, then if you're so unhappy you can simply unfollow him, although I'm sure he won't care, and problem solved.

The phone is Alex personal property so no legal ties.

I think he mentioned it vaugely in a tweet or on diggnation, that he wasn't happy with the new software and he was planning to downgrade. So maybe he's not happy with the new iPhone and just wants to keep his old one.

I don't want an iphone never wanted an iphone.
As for Wow..never played and never will or play any MMO. Don't believe in the idea of paying monthly for a game.
But that is another subject for another time.

Ok so Alex is giving away his iPhone AGAIN! Only thing is, he never gave it away the first time when he was supposed to! (35,000 Twitter followers) Now hes saying he'll give it away @ 45,000 followers!

I already have the iPhone3G! Its not about wanting his phone, its about Alex keeping his word! What hes been promising is illegal! Its called an "illegal lottery".
