Page three of the New York Daily News has an article about how Brooklyn has become a wine region. If only there was an expert on both wine and Brooklyn who could weigh in on this.

Well, since they aren't growing the grapes there, all they need is the right people, space and whatever equipment is needed. Hopefully the state and city don't delay things for them. Considering how many people live within say 10 miles, these wines might never be tasted outside the City.

Thread closed - its become the target of a SPAMbot based out of India that seems to have locked onto a couple of keywords.
I dunno about Brooklyn Wines ... but I do anjoy the Fingerlake Wine country, and the Ice Wines produced up there.
