Jeff, Alex and I made this youtube short a while ago to be submitted in the Butterfinger contest. We made it in the top 10 and now you can vote for us once a day which would be awesome. I hope you like it-- it is called Fist Fight and it shows you what 3 losers can do on their day off....

Damn you Dannyt, I feel so filthy. I didn't even watch the other videos and I voted for yours. The power the drome has over me is disturbing, I'm going to take a cold shower now to wash away the guilt. (IF you win I wanna cut of the prize...or at least one butterfinger)

I couldn't stand to watch all the entries. Some were ok, some were terrible. Some were only 32 seconds long and I didn't make it through 10 seconds. The one with the giant yellow finger was a little off putting. The finger looked like something else *ahem, wink, wink* until you saw the entire hand. Danny, Jeff, and Alex got my vote! (But of course!) ;)

Butterfingers are also my favorite candy bar but it seems it is definately one of those that not many people like anymore. The Butterfinger like candy bar that Snickers makes is also pretty good.

Dan, I'm about to violate one of my principles for you.
Months and months ago, small little poster type ads started appearing around Chicago, plastered on walls, or L cars, or whatever, and they all said "Follow the Finger." and had a picture of a finger. That's it.
Then they started appearing with the web address followthefinger.com
By now I immediately knew it was bullshit viral advertising, and I took a vow NEVER to visit that site. As time went by, the ads became more and more prominent, so far as to include an entire L train where every single ad was for followthefinger.com. The ads also began appearing on websites I visit. So tempting! Now all I had to do was click, as opposed to make a mental note to actually pull up the website once I got home! But, I stayed strong and resisted.
Up until right now, even as I type this, I have never visited that website.

A few weeks ago I saw your fist fight short on YouTube, and I watched it. I was blissfully unaware it was in any way related to the loathed website, and I enjoyed it very much.
Then, yesterday, you posted this thread...
...and my world came tumbling down around me. I had been unwittingly suckered despite my best efforts to avoid being infected by that particular marketing virus!
Now, you ask us to vote for it? And I am torn.
