Superman large comic but I think more like a coffee table book. The art work is incredible and features a lot of full page full color art.
The one that stands out and that I'm looking for is of Superman sitting in a chair tired, leaning forward with his head in his hands.
It's a modern day account of Superman trying to fix our modern problems, local wars, starvation, terrorism, etc.
It's about 10 years old maybe a little less.
Please help name it

Sounds like that Superman book Alex Ross put out. "Peace On Earth" I think.

Yeah, there was an oversized Batman book too. And then one with the Justice League by Waid and Hitch (?).
Ross did a Wonder WOman, Batman, Superman and JLA one I believe.

And 8 minutes later I have my answer. Thanks that's it exactly.

It's what we do :)
I forgot Ross also did a Shazam oversized book, so that's 5 total that he did.

Yeah, JLA Heaven's Ladder was Waid/Hitch. I just pulled it out. I don't know, it's beautiful and all but that's a little too big I think. I don't have the Ross books so maybe they work better in that format. Like I say Hitch's art is beautiful, and there's plausible reasons for why it should be oversized, but that it's just a little unwieldy for me.
ROss's JLA oversized one was Secret Origins I think, and was more of a...well...who who's of the characters rather than an actual story.
