that may be true but that ARE investing all of that money (what like 70 million) so thy definetley are taking it seriously. Besides, the more people are aware of this technology the better. People place Solar panels ad Star Trek in the same category in there minds. Its time for Solar energy to become a more normal ting to talk about, like usb or bluetooth.

The truth of the matter is, nothing is free... While we all want to pull energy from somewhere, it all costs something, whether it's for the equipment and development of said equipment or the use of a public grid that you siphon from.

To put it simply... yeah, I'd like to have solar panels and geothermal... but, I don't have 30,000 - 200,000 dollars... so there's that. Plus, there are different grades of solar panels out there and of course, the better ones (the ones that convert more with less loss) cost lots more money, honey.

Going green generally means you have to have some green.

Really, I'm not too sure about this IKEA garbage.... If other companies pick up on their lead and it makes the technology more affordable, while not sacrificing the quality or viability... than... yeah, sure.

And yes, Kevin does have a sort of Dracula thing going on...

okay this show in san jose is my home town, really cool, just that i moved about 10 years ago, heh ,heh, was there a couple of years ago ,wow!, really different and totally unrecognizable, just rows and rows of apartments where houses used to be.

i really want to know whats going on at the nvidia show on the 26th, i'm gonna get me an 8800GTS 512 mb graphics card for my new pc but i wanna wait now until this show is over because they might announce some price reductions and what not.
