Recently i have been looking through Newegg for a TV Tuner but the comments are always Rational and never really right. Here i trust more because it really narrows down the choices instead of looking through hundreds of products. I have no money for a TV and my computer can run anything. I run Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 which im sure helps. Anyway, tell me anything budget doesnt matter although if you find something to be less than $100 thanks!
