I've been on Tervoo (http://tervoo.com/) for a while, one of the earlier users. It's the same thing. Only Tervoo launched July of last year. And their first interview was Leah Culver, so Digg does know about Tervoo.
I'm disappointed that Digg lifted the business of some college kids. Why not offer a buy-out or to work with them?

I think the difference is Digg Dialogg is a feature of Digg.com. Whereas Tervoo is totally based on that. And we don't know, maybe this has been in production for longer than we think.

It's not the most ethical thing to do on Digg's part, but considering I won't be using Tervoo or Digg Dialogg, I can't say I'm particularly angry.
Digg Dialogg pisses me off because it's not the point of Digg. As Digg becomes more mainstream and adds feature unrelated to its core purpose, it's gonna lose more and more relevance for people like me.
