My wife saw it and liked it. I personally haven't liked a Woody Allen movie since Star Dust Memories, and really it's mostly the movies before that, the only good thing in Star Dust Memories was the line someone says to him "I like your earlier funnier movies". I realize that this was supposed to be ironic, but I honestly don't find any joy in watching his more recent stuff. Sleeper, or Annie Hall, now there are a brilliant movies.

What's Up, Tiger Lily? is my personal favorite. I know it's the least Woody Allen of all the Woody Allen movies, but that's the movie that led to my friends and I dubbing our own stories/joke-fests over all the anime we could get our hands on back in the early 90s.

I'm planning on seeing the new one, but that's because Scarlett Johanson is so damn sexy, and this film looks like it gives her plenty of room to be sexy.

I was just thinking of starting a thread for this. :) I saw it this past weekend and thoroughly loved it. It's funny, and sweet, and crushing; but mostly it's just very true.
