I have my homepage set to iwon.com. Who wouldn't enjoy the surprise of actually winning one of the prizes? They have a decent news and entertainment news section (AP) too.

I gave up on the whole homepage thing along time ago, Opera just saves the last page I had open, so I just continue from where I was last.Ditto. However, sites a view daily are:

Rev3
Scopetech
news.com.au - and if there is something interesting happening in the world, the bbc, and cnn websites
Misfile (daily), Megatokyo (M/W/F), Applegeeks (keep checking until there is something new)
woot

I also live in my company's website for most of the day via IE - and thats the one I actually get paid to do :)

My del.icio.us page is my homepage.

I use the Firefox extension called "Morning coffee" which has setting for which sites to open depending on the day of the week. (No need to open Penny Arcade every day, since it doesn't come out ever day, etc.)

The sites set up in Morning Coffee:
Google News
Digg
Geekdrome Forums
Diesl Sweeties
PennyArcade
PVP
Sinfest
Real Life Comics
AppleGeeks
Ctrl+alt+del
GU Comics
LFG Comic

That's just websites of course and fortunately most of them aren't everyday, since... My RSS dailies are:
BoingBoing
Reason
Comics2Film
Aint It Cool News
Gizmodo
XBox Live RSS feeds
Daring Fireball
Uncrate
CBR
NBC11 (a local new feed)
Metroblogging San Francisco
Lore Sjöberg's blog
Scott Adam's blog
Richard Dawkins' blog
...and friend's blogs.

Not necessarily in that order. And, in case you are wondering: I skim a lot, tag stuff to be read later, and fall behind often. heh.
