McCain is voting for himself. Does that count?
He voted with Bush 95% of the time, he's no Democrat.

"I vote present."

Well, he used to. However, McCain didn't feel like it was worth returning to Washington to vote to support the troops with the GI Bill, while Obama did.
"I vote present."
In the Illinois State Legislature, voting present is a way to show you would support the bill with alterations. So, that's a complete strawman.

Don't worry, I heard him vote for B-5 once. I also heard him vote on a board with Ayers once too.
