Xbox 360 Mods???

Do any of you know or done any mods to your xbox 360???

I put a NME-360 mod chip in my 360 that allows me to play backup games burned to DVD and still play authentic copies on XBL.

I have my system sitting here now with a dremel next to it...now to find the time to cut the baby open :)

Not sure if I want to customize the 360 or my Wii! :)
