I saw another forum that had a picture of a beer mug when you click on it, it is a link to "buy someone a beer" for $3 on paypal if that person helped you out in any way or is just a good person. I think that would be cool if we had that on the revision3 forums. Check out my signature as an example of what I'm talking about.

Why would I want to give people I've never met money, when I could just reply to their thread saying I appreciate them?

Been on a couple forums with this.
Rarely and I mean RARELY gets used and when it does it again is just another way of the rep system in popular members get it.
I ended up getting a lot of two bar rep for mostly quick quip moments so I guess it would make some members a few bucks but again some members who put more thought into posts who are not as popular would be ignored.
Free money sounds cool but as said popular members get it while others ignored.
Not much point in doing this.
Can try it but meh.*shrug*

My flamingo-pink Dell does what I need it to do. I have no compelling reason to switch to a Mac. If someone were to buy me a Mac, I'd use it. But as for deciding one day to switch for no reason? Not going to happen. When this thing dies in a few years, I'd consider all my options.

They can laser rev 3 and the logo of every rev3 show on Ipod touch, macbook, and ps3 if they want as long as the give it to me. :D
