Need help to figure out movie!

hello all, this is my first post but i have been a geekdrome fan since it went to video. Me and my friend are trying to figure out the name of a movie we saw on hbo late at night about 9 years ago. We know chris walken is in it and the one scene we remember that scarred us to this day is chris walken making some dude put a condom on him and then chris walken rapes him. We NEED the title of this movie. we need it for movie night. GEEKS HELP.
