Okay i've got a good show idea but im not going to say what, sense thats against the rules to advertise but I am an awsome writer but I suck at the hosting part.

Would it be possible to negotiate with rev3 about that like finding a host for the show and having me send them the script and everything?

I'd like a bunch of replies both replies from official rev3 staff and everyone elses opinion.

The Revision3Beta forum is for discussion of shows accepted to the Revision3 Farm Team.

You need to come to them with a fully fledged and produced show.
Not a treatment for a possible show.

Also a suggestion ...

If you are offering your services as a writer, I strongly suggest a spellchecker.

If you have a great idea, you need to be able to communicate it clearly. If you are soliciting for help, you need to make sure others understand your message (and it doesn't contradict your claims).

If your school has an AV department, or if you can borrow a video camera, find some friends to put together a show with. Show it around to other friends. Practice, practice, practice ... then come back with a working, fully developed show.
