So yea - NJ has been in and out more times than Clay Aiken and right now supposedly my great state (which I will be fleeing within the next few months) might play a factor in the November elections.
Now of course this won't happen - the Bergen and South Jersey Democratic machines will have The Chosen One raise the dead and NJ will be solidly blue.
But perhaps - one day this little state with the lovableness of a rabid porcupine on a mean cocaine trip - will mean something.
Is your state a battlegrounder?

I live in South Jersey, and i will be stunned if NJ goes to mccain. I seriously think that were the most liberal state in the country, im wondering how mccain can have 45% of the vote, something in that poll has to be wrong

I really don't see NJ going for the GOP. The dems are mad and well organized, and the reps are still mad because Georgie let Christy Whitman hang out to dry when they told the big lie about the air being safe in lower manhattan.

NJ is going to go Democratic, just like it usually does.
The main thing I find interesting is the lack of "Other" in that poll. I know it's probably a case of me just hearing of a vocal minority, but here in South Jersey it seems Bob Barr and Ron Paul signs and supporters keep popping up.
Now of course this won't happen - the Bergen and South Jersey Democratic machines will have The Chosen One raise the dead and NJ will be solidly blue.
So, if the Dems win, they cheated?

I'd say give that porcupine a crack addiction or a knife, and you're dead on!

Michigan?
Very much so. But with the way the economy is, and considering that Detroit will likely come out to vote, we'll be going BLUE as well.

No one ever knows which way Canada is going to vote in the American elections.
And no one ever finds out.
