View Full Version : Is anybody planning on going to see the "Blood Diamond" screening tonight?

"Blood Diamond" opens on December eight, but they are having early screenings of it tonight. I'll probably check it out. The film is directed by the same guy who made "The Last Samurai" which I thought was a decent film. And Leo DiCaprio is in it. He has quickly become one of my favorite actors after seeing him in the last three Scorcese films "Gangs of New York," "The Aviator," and "The Departed." Jennifer Connelly's in it as well. She's hot.

I have no desire to see that movie. It just looks like Romancing the Stone, but without the humor.

She's hot.I saw it was on at one local cinema at one time slot - didn't realise it was a prerelease. It looks great ... but Leo as a South African? Comeon ... his accent in the trailer sucked.

and...Leo's South African accent made my ear's bleed during the trailer alone. I value my sense of hearing...
