Hak5 BBS (Bulletin Board System)
- Do you remember the days of the classic dial up BBS's playing door games and getting your z-modem on? Well relive those days with Hak5's own BBS available by telnet by visiting telnet://bbs.hak5.org (note if you're using vista you need to add the telnet client in your control panel.

On the note of the BBS you can find out more about it at http://www.hak5.org/bbs - which contains links to some BBS clients that are way better than Telnet :)

I'm absolutely sure we're forgetting something so chime in if there is another corner of the Hak5 universe we haven't mentioned. Alternatively if there is something you think the Hak5 universe needs, like a Mini-Mart with strawberry flavored ICMP packets, let us know.

Let me know if the switchblade stuff ever comes back. I have made some massive improvements to the entire switchblade project.

It's also now 100% undetectable. With every virus scanner I could test with. :D

Ok i'm sorta new to the Hak5 thing, exactly what is the USB switchblade project.. I read up about it (sorta) and it seams as if it's a password cracker/retriever? Why would that be discovered as a virus in the first place?

And just a quickie question, whats the language used to create the program, C++?

how about a ftp server to download the episodes?

(and how come they are free to download, yet my TiVo lists them as protected and blocks me from transferring? other 'casts do it too. Just found it odd.)
