I've tried using the search function to find the answer to this but please forgive me if I've somehow overlooked this info.

Why is this show not iPod compatible? Every time I download it I have to convert it so that I can put it on my iPod. Diggnation downloads beautifully and doesn't require conversion. Once I convert this show, however, I have to search to figure out where iTunes stuck it.

I would love to find out that I am doing something wrong and can download an iPod compatible version!

It's because Alex hates Apple.

But no, actually, there's a version you can download from iTunes... I've never tried to put it on my iPod, but is that the version you're downloading?

Yep, I download it through iTunes. I have noticed that it says something like "Quicktime Large Version" or something like that. Would that be the correct version? I normally download it and it downloads fine into iTunes. I can also watch it through iTunes. But it won't download onto my iPod (30GB) unless I convert it. Converting video in iTunes it takes forever--I normally tell it to convert and then go to bed and then sync up the iPod in the morning.

I have searched iTunes for Revision3 podcasts. Every show is no available in either (MP3) or (Small Quicktime) formats. I do remember the (Large Quicktime) version being there, but I would recommend downloading small, it seems to be the same format they used fro Diggnation and that works on video iPods just fine! I would also recommend getting the latest upgrade for your iTunes and your iPod!

I'll have to look for the (Small Quicktime) version. I just did the latest update to iTunes yesterday so hopefully that, along with the other version, will solve my problem.
