Great show guys, love the content.

The segments do tend to feel a little awkward at times because much time is spent by the host staring into the camera while the guest talks about stuff. Try making the segment more of a conversation between the host and guest and forget about the audience. Another way to remedy this awkwardness would be to use more screencasts and perhaps prepare the segments more. The guests appear to require a lot of leading in order to get through it.

The subjects you guys pick are awesome though, I love the segment on the fon router. Badass.

I agree, we sometimes have segments where, a watson if you will, is not necessary. We also have others where we could have prepped more questions for the guest. We'll work on this. I think you'll see notable improvements on 405 and 406. In the cast of 405 a segment that would have taken too long to do live to tape with two people was broken out into an instructional screencast. On 406 we've got a great segment with Chris and myself talking about the fundamentals of packet sniffing, the OSI layers, the structure of a packet, the terminology and tools. It's the first part of a longer series on packet sniffing and I think it'll get better with each segment.
