Does revision3s flash player lag for anyone else?

Every time I watch a show the player makes my browser lag. If i open up task manager (with no other tabs open) I see that my browser is using 25-30% of my quad core processor and ~500MB of memory. At first I thought that it might be Opera -- it sucks at a lot of things like that; so I loaded the latest TRS up in firefox 3 and the same problem persisted. Seriously? A flash player utilizing 30% of a quad core processor?

Note: I'm not even watching the HQ versions. This happens while watching the SQ versions of the shows :/

Nope no problems here as I watched Systm in high on my older Pentium D machine in FF3 and ran very smooth.
