Most of you will have seen the pilot on youTube ages ago (www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEYCN3hVTYI in case you haven't)
I heard via Tv.com a couple of months ago that NBC has picked it up for 6-8 episodes and the the offical site has some cool webisodes (such a lame name) but living in the UK news is pretty hard to confirm so as anyone heard if its coming this on NBC this year?

I really hope this gets picked up. I loved the pilot ep.
I'm also a reality tv whore... there, I said it. Be gentle.

The site is great, but you have heard incorrectly, NBC has not picked up the show.

I did read it wrong this is from the article I read:
"NBC has ordered six scripts from the "Nobody's Watching" writers, and it has signed Killam and Campbell to holding deals. The network has to decide whether to greenlight production of the show by February. Until then, Will and Derrick will continue to do their thing."
But it doesn't sound good in TV Guide in Nov the creator Bill Lawrence said
"A few years ago, I did a pilot with Garrett Donovan and Neil Goldman for the WB called Nobody's Watching. The network picked up other, hysterical comedies instead, changing television history forever. Really? No. They offered lame shows, and their network went away. Our obsession for Nobody's Watching did not. Last summer, the show appeared on the Internet and was sort of revived by NBC. I say "sort of" because, unless I'm missing something, it's still not on TV. (NBC doesn't seem to be picking it up as much as they seem to be kicking it until it stops breathing.)"
Anyway they are guesting on Scrubs in Dec 7th so that will at least be cool.

I actually didn't like the pilot that much, but it's cool to see how the Internet can influence networks. Sort of like the growing popularity of Colbert due to all the YouTube clips.

I kind of agree. I mean, it was like a mockumentary of a sitcom about the making of a reality show about the making of a sitcom. A little convoluted? Yeah. But at least it's different.
