I decided I would build a budget PC, I built my setup on Newegg, and i'm kinda sure everything works together. Only thing i'm worried about is compatibility and conflict from parts. My target budget is around $450 - $600ish when everything is all said and done. Heres the setup:
Parts:
Hec HP485D 485W ATX12V Power Supply
Rosewill R222-P-BK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Case
HITACHI Deskstar 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD
G.SKILL 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 RAM
Foxconn P45A-S LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Mobo
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core
(I plan on reusing an old cd/dvd drive of a friends)

About a month or two from now I plan on adding a few more sticks of the same ram(already got 64-bit OS), and the GPU below:

So will everything work? Also, the case design says i won't need standoff screws. I've always been told the mobo should never touch the case, so what about that? Any help is very greatly appreciated guys :D.
