What's up guys,
Recently I just purchased a 4 gig SanDisk Memory Stick Pro Duo off of Buy.Com for $70, that's right, $70. After I had bought it, I saw the same card with the same storage but it was called a SanDisk Gaming Card. I would guess that it just provided the necessary folders for performing on a PSP and maybe you have to create them yourself on the "Non-Gaming" Card. Note - I bought this for my PSP. Also, the gaming card costs about $50 more than the normal one. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. :D

Try a Google search on the two different types and see what you come up with. I can't answer your question, but that method always seems to work for me.

I just checked Amazon.com and it turns out, via the Customer Reviews, that the Regular SanDisk Memory Stick Pro Duo is no different than the gaming one. A lot of the customers said that it's a scam. I'm still not sure why they would charge so much more. Probably just trying to hypnotize gamers with the multi-colored gaming cards. :D

As a camera salesman, I deal with all types of memory every day. The "gaming" cards are a scam; it's the same stuff in a different package.

Thanks for reinforcing what I thought. I guess I know where to go for memory card help now. :D

Well, allow me to correct myself a bit. It's not the same stuff, but the differences don't matter.
