In episode 44 the "Website We Can't Get Enough Of" was GetHuman.com. This has helped me recently where parents was going crazy dealing with voice recognition computer on phone trying to ask what needed help with. Others have been trying to do similar issues to get resolved for several months. Now with talking to real person problem was fixed fast. Good Tip!
