I'm sure many old threads will be re-started on the new forums. There's not much point in trying to get people to keep jumping back and forth between the old content and the new stuff. The old stuff's just there for reference.

There's not much point in trying to get people to keep jumping back and forth between the old content and the new stuff. The old stuff's just there for reference.

Really? No, we don't.
The only reason we needed it before was because we had NO signatures, no viewable profiles, no other way to put that info out there. There is no need for any "post a link to your info for X" threads, because we have a place for that now.
Now what I need is an arrow that points DOWN...:D

i cannot! and will not! but will ease up, b/c i don't wanna get flux in trouble. but indeed people do need to check those out. my greatest fear is just an unbelievable amount of conversations i've already had, if i wanted those i'd just go out and meet some bleach blond/frat guy asshole at school and talk about my major, where i live, the weather, cell phone plans, my summer, how my girlfriend is, or traffic.

I met my girlfriend on MySpace so I think MySpace is great... ONCE YOU GET RID OF THE UGLY THINGS PEOPLE DO TO THEIR PAGES. I use a Stylish template (Firefox add on) to get rid of any customization people have done to their MySpace pages. It makes MySpace so much nicer.

Then we must have a lot more local crap bands that use mySpace here... I get at least two a week.
The funniest "spam" friend request I got was from a lady who decided my profile was interesting enough for one of those "Wife Swap" reality TV show clones. Considering the kind of person I am, she probably would have had me trade places with some fundie-christian fanatic and there's no way I would have subjected my family to that crap. Or the trade family for that matter. :D
