My good friend Mark (not sure if he looks at the forum but if he does, hi) just forwarded an email he recieved from Revision3 regarding webdrifter.

He emailed them,
Could you let me know if Revision3 is going to show Web Drifter season 2 please? We are feeling like we are out in the cold regarding this and we've been waiting patiently and supporting your other shows for a good few months for the new season and now would just like a yes or a no regarding it really.

Thanks.

And he had a reply sometime last week I guess saying,
No update yet. We’re all big fans of the show here, though.

Keep those spirits up, Marty may grace the Rev3 airwaves once more :D

If the "No, we're not cancelled" announcements of theBroken and Ctrl-Alt-Chicken are any indication... yes, yes, it is cancelled.

They haven't said that either yet. It's simply "No Update". Meaning until we are told otherwise it's the same as it was a fortnight ago in that it is meant to be on in Fall (although this is probably delayed).

Web Drifter was never a regular thing. The future of "Webdrifter: Series II" probably depends on Marty. He's really the only irreplaceable element.

Martin also asked for suggestions on who to feature in a WD2.0 via twitter.

This is one of the best shows I've ever seen. Hope it isn't gone for good.

Martin has an interesting string of recent Twitter updates:

So excited! Just came up with the next great show idea! It will be the greatest show ever made!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm @revision3 finishing up a project. Everyone else is in staff meeting, behind closed doors. Hmmm...what mischief could I get into...

Let's play a game! I'm working at Revision3 again today, so you guess how many rolls of toilet paper I can smuggle out in my backpack!?

Did anybody notice that Internet Superstar has been moved to the archived section, but Web Drifter still hasn't? If you have been following Martin on Twitter then you know that Web Drifter might be going for a second season. I always thought Web Drifter was funnier than Internet Superstar. What do you guys think about Web Drifter returning?

http://twitter.com/martinsargent and http://twitter.com/sarahlane and was hinted at on TWiT.

They are the best places to keep updated with their future work.

Maybe Martin is going to do Web Drifter on his own but have a distribution deal with Revision3? Remember, this is pure speculation and it's probably a nonsense.
