Every time I click on the 'user cp' button, I see Marty . .. however, I can (obviously) click on the individual forums.

That sounds like what was happening to me when forum index wasn't working and everything else was. Of course it never occured to me it could be my own fault. Cleared my cache and cookies and all was fine afterwards.
Try that?
(I'm no expert.)

I reset/cleared everything, reset puter - it works now !!
I found it strange that I didn't have to log in, could access the forums, but not that one button, but it's fine now.
$10 says I can't get the complete TRS episode today on the first download though. Diggnation Friday night took 4 tries.

If you do happen to have problems later on today when you're downloading TRS, please immediately do a traceroute to bitcast-a.bitgravity.com and provide the result to us along with the format that you're trying to download. We may also need you to assist us with some diagnostics, but I'll PM you with the specifics when the time comes.
Thanks.

Thanks Chuckster, but I'm, a) unsure which language you were just speaking, don't know how to do that tracer thingy, and b) ready to accept the fact that this problem is my computer/connection, even though it only started happening in the past few months. I'll ask you about it later today, probably, but won't complain about it every time.

If I recall correctly, you're using an older Mac. You will need to use terminal.app to run the traceroute. Terminal.app is located in /Applications/Utilities/Terminal Launch that, and issue this command:
traceroute -I bitcast-a.bitgravity.com
and you should see something like this:
1 m160-lax3.calpop.com (64.27.0.1) 0.837 ms 1.238 ms 9.981 ms

I'll give it a shot after download - I've always been scared of the Terminal app., and kept it under a rug in the back room.

Good thing I didn't do it from a computer in China. That would have really thrown you off. :)

Anyhoo, going to attempt download now. I'll wager it takes 2 mins for rev3.com to load..... then download will take, 3-4 hours.
EDIT - Took 3 mins for page to load.

Download 'stopped' and I'm watching TRS, which will surely stop soon.
EDIT - Yeah, the episode finished during the movie review.

traceroute -I bitcast-a.bitgravity.com
Didn't work. First line is the 'command' line where I cut and paste what you told me to.
[nwork:~] nono% traceroute -I bitcast-a.bitgravity.com
traceroute: illegal option -- I
usage: traceroute [-dnrv] [-m max_ttl] [-p port#] [-q nqueries]
[-s src_addr] [-t tos] [-w wait] host [data size]

Lose the -I then. Go with this:

Ok. Don't know if this affects the tracer, but I am in the middle of my third download attempt. This is what I got ....actually, it's still going.
traceroute to bitcast-a.bitgravity.com (208.67.237.237), 30 hops max, 40 byte packets

From this point on, it's still loading with a number and then 3 asterisks, which take a moment for each character to appear... up to 25th line right now.
