Hello Rad community,

I was hoping someone would be able to help me figure out what i need to order to attach my new xbox360 to my computer screen.

I have a HannsG HW223D 22'' wide screen (http://www.amazon.co.uk/HannsG-HW223D-Widescreen-Black-Silver/dp/B000PGTKBY)

Not sure exactly what cable i need to order, but i have heard that it is possible.

It has both DVI and Analog connections.

Thanks,

You just need one of these.

It is what I used to use before I got a small HDTV that I now hook my PC to.

There isn't a cheaper alternative? I thought there would be something i could just plug the wires into and then plug that into my screen. Dont need the sound cables at all.

Edit: books answered my question, thanks.

Just curious if there are DVI cables rather then VGA? Wouldn't it be better quality with DVI?

If i have an extra DVI slot available would this work on the xbox?

If you could go DVI-D from the xbox straight to your monitor, it would be higher quality, but I don't know if the xbox can output DVI-D. Either way, you're not going to be able to tell a difference on a screen that small.
