I just got Battlefield Bad Company and it's pretty damn fun! Since the economy is pooping all over me I can't afford to buy alot of games right now so I got this through my free month of gamefly and I'm considering buying it when things get a little better with the economy.

If anyone has the game and still plays multiplayer I'd love to play with you guys. No one on my friends list has it and I'm not in the mood to listen to people trash talk online so I don't use my mic but I would in party chat.

It's an interesting take on the franchise and I must admit that I did enjoy it, especially after playing the piece of crap that was BF 2142. I've played through it as a rental, but sadly my money has gone other games. Best of luck with getting a squad going. :)

I'd be totally down for it. Except, it looks like we have chosen our gaming platforms differently... Hopefully you find some people, because it's my favorite online game, and it's excellent. :D

i have to get around to playing that game. i *almost* bought it, then i figured i'd play far cry first, then...i started playing lost odyssey.

I had a $10 coupon from gamefly that had to be used by 12/1 on something at least $30. Combined it with some other stuff and got it for around $15

Well, my copy is at my friend's place - lent it to him until Christmas, which is when his wife will let him have his own copy... But after that, I'll play. Can't guarantee how much, exactly, because I'm hoping to have BioShock, Far Cry 2, Fallout 3, and Prince of Persia on the same day... Perhaps more, as well. :)

But sometime, for sure. I still haven't touched the single-player (was waiting for trophies, and my buddy borrowed it before the trophy patch hit).

Sorry that I can't help either since I got it through Gamefly as well. It definitely was one of my favorite games of the year for pure fun. I generally feel the same way about people on Live, but I did happen across a lot of quality folks on BF:BC. Just set the particularly annoying ones to avoid and keep trying.

So my PS3 copy got here yesterday...and I have the same issue I had with the first Mercenaries.

I was having so much fun cutting down scenery with the .50 cal that I kept forgetting to progress to the objective. Wound up getting a trophy for it, too.

lol, right on. I forgot about the new addition of trophies... Man, I haven't had my game for so long. Heh. Good news is that I think I might be getting it back tomorrow, as my buddy told me today that he already hit max rank and it's not fun anymore. LOL, so hopefully I'll be able to play it sooner than later.
