I think the biggest problem with Brubaker is highlighted by the recent Captain America interview he did at Newsarama (http://www.newsarama.com/comics/110828-CapCatchup-Ed.html).

Remember how... um, confusing the last issue of the Death of Captain America arc was? He says in the interview that The Red Skull was supposed to enter that senator's body...

Really Ed? Where did you even HINT at that in you damn book!
