Full length PurePwnage Documentary from Hak5

A phenomenal documentary from the guys at Hak5 has been released. It features Jarett Cale (Jeremy) and Geoff Lapaire (Kyle) of PurePwnage, with a ton of great interview footage and an extensive look into the lives of the minds behind PurePwnage. It's got a bunch of footage from the PurePwnage screenings in Toronto, just a lot of stuff you haven't seen. I was super pumped watching this documentary. It's so well done and I loved seeing the guys who produce PurePwnage in their "real" forms doing an interview. The best part, it's an hour and a half!

I highly recommend getting it from Hak5 in the link above, you can download the high quality xvid, get a link to the itunes version, etc. The high quality is really great, and any fans of PurePwnage, I assure you, will have a blast watching this. :) :) :)

I loved this episode. It was different from the normal hak5 routine but I thought it was great and introduced me to purepwnage which is.... just awesome ><

I hate hak5 and they are everything that's wrong with the scene/hacking/iptv...and i can only say this because i know very well, many people who are involved with Hak5.

i've never watched an episode of Hak5. i hardly know anything about them. the entire documentary is interview and unseen footage of the Pure Pwnage guys! the only time it even shows hak5 is 3 minutes before and after the entire hour and a half of nothing but Pure Pwnage documentary.

if you like Pure Pwnage at all you'll LOVE this in-depth look at the Pure Pwnage guys' world. and it'd be stupid not to watch it just because of who it's made by.

I don't normally watch Hak5, but I heard about this last week on digg.com and watched it, and it was great. It's the first real behind the scenes look at Pure Pwnage, basically tells you everything you ever wanted to know and more.

btw, I just watched PurePwnage episode 12 (been a fan for a while). If you like the show, DEFINITELY check out episode 12 as well as this documentary. And jdhore, don't worry, the Hak5 guys only showed up at the first and last few minutes of the episode. They aren't in the documentary at all. And I realized why I only ever watched 1 episode of Hak5. These guys have the personalities of a stick of wood.

ok, here goes...this is gonna take me a long ass time to type out (i usually tell it over Skype) (this is also the true story for why John and Harrison left):

OK, everyone knows the Hak5 cast/crew (at the time of this story, Darren, Wess, Alli, Harrison and Johnathan), last summer, they all drove up to Toronto to attend a Call For Help meetup...they were also supposed to shoot some segments for the show while they were up there...basically, the entire week they were up there Wess, Harrison, John and Alli wanted to get the segments done and stuff. Darren spent the entire time both at the meetup and while they were still in town trying to get into Amber MacArthur's pants and acting like Mr. Big Sh*t IPTV guy (when 90% of the people at that meetup had IPTV shows/podcasts of their own). So basically when they were on the way back to VA, the others basically said to Darren: "What you did back there was f*cked up, stop screwing around and get the Sh*t done for the show that we need to get done." and Darren of course being the a$$hole that he is off-camera basically said: "yeah, whatever." Wess was pretty relaxed about it cuz he's cool, but he is Darren's b*tch a bit too much, but John and Harrison were pretty pissed. that's the shortest version of that part of the story i can type. The story of why Johnathan and Harrison left:

NOTE: This happened after the CFH meetup stuff so they were still quite pissed about that.

Darren shares the "Hak5 house" with Wess. John and Harrison were over chillin one day and they were watching TV...Darren came out of the kitchen, walked in front of the TV said a very racially rude remark to John and then walked off to his room. basically John was about to go beat Darren's a$$ and Harrison had to hold him back, from there John left for good and Harrison left for about 4-5 episodes...

As for why Alli left for 2-3 episodes:

Very simple here, she was sleeping with Darren, she started going out with Wess, Darren got pissed and there would be big arguments whenever she hung out with the 2 of them so she left the show for a bit.
